## Contact us

Email us at the address on https://www.pekopal.com/support. Tell us what happened and, if it's about a Pal, which one. We'll get back to you within one week. Reports of inappropriate content are different: we act on those within 24 hours (see below).

## Report something that isn’t right

If a message, picture or family on Peko Pal isn't appropriate for children, tell us. In the Peko Pal app, open a friend or press and hold a message and tap **Report**. You can also email us at the address on https://www.pekopal.com/support.

**We review every report within 24 hours.** We remove content that breaks our [Terms of Use](https://www.pekopal.com/terms#reports-and-removing-content), and we suspend or close the account of anyone who keeps breaking them.

You don't have to wait for us. From the same menu you can **block** a family: your friendships with them end, and they can't reach your children.

## Your account and privacy

- **Delete your account.** In the Peko Pal app, open **Account** and tap **Delete account**. See the [privacy policy](https://www.pekopal.com/privacy#how-to-delete-your-information) for what is deleted.
- **Privacy questions.** Our [privacy policy](https://www.pekopal.com/privacy) explains what we collect and why. Write to us at the address on https://www.pekopal.com/support to ask what we hold about you or your child, or to have it deleted.
