# Sorry and Making It Right

Kids often want to say sorry and do not know how. This page walks through it gently: what happened, how it felt for me and for them, a list of ways to make it right to check off, and what I can do next time. Nothing on it is about blame. Page two has two notes to give: a fill-in note that says "I am sorry that…" and "To make it right, I will…", and a draw-a-picture version for younger kids. Best used with a grown-up nearby, after everyone has had time to calm down.

Ages 4–10. 2 pages, US Letter. Free to print at home or for your class.
