# Ask a Grown-Up: Food Memories

Ask a grown-up you love about a food they remember. You can do it at the table, on a video call, or by phone if they live far away. Page one has five questions with room to write what they say, like "What is a food you remember from when you were my age?" and "What is a family story you like to tell?" Page two is a keepsake: draw the food they told you about and write their story under it, then share it back. It's a way to listen, and to save something that matters.

Ages 6–12. 2 pages, US Letter. Free to print at home or for your class.
